Kowa Cine Prominar Spherical Primes (TLS Conversion)
The Kowa Cine Prominars originated in Japan in the 1960’s. The Cine Prominar’s are optically sharp for their age and offer a cool lower contrast image with interesting flares. The TLS conversion has been performed on these lenses to modernize them for the needs of cinema production, with more robust internal focusing mechanism and uniform focus and iris gears.
