The ALEXA 35 introduces ARRI’s first Super35 4K sensor. The camera is equipped with a new body style, excellent high speed capabilities, and ARRI’s Texture functionality which acts as a digital film stock offering filmmakers an added layer of visual customization for their project. The camera shoots both ARRIRAW and ProRes and utilizes high speed Codex Compact Drives in both 1TB and 2TB flavors.

The ALEXA Mini LF is a perfect match to the original ALEXA LF. Using the same sensor technology in a compact form factor, the Mini LF provides filmmakers with up to 40fps recording in 4.5K Open Gate, or 60fps recording in 16:9 UHD and 2.39:1 Scope 4.5K. It also features a number of improvements over the original ALEXA Mini, including additional I/O ports, a Compact Capture Drive Bay, and the new MVF-2 Viewfinder.

ARRI’s full sized Full Frame camera produces 4.5K images using the A2X revision of their ALEV III sensor. ALEXA LF footage matches all other ALEXA footage while providing a wider frame for composing more cinematic images. The LF utilizes the same SXR media as the ALEXA SXT and shoots both ARRIRAW and Apple ProRes formats.
